Wire and Cable Master Batch


		CII Wire & Cable
	Visit us at Booth No. A 3 at the CII Wire & Cable, 2008 to be held in Mumbai from 20-22 November 2008. Dr. Andrew Sabiston (Technical Director) and Mr. Mark Shaw (Managing Director) of AEI Compounds, UK to visit the show and conduct meetings on HFFR, Cross Linkable products, etc.

		Expansion
	Commencement of production activities at expansion site in Rajasthan from December 2008.

XLPE Master Batch
A common fallacy in wire and cable industry is to use general polymer grade Master Batch in XLPE. This, however, can lead to decreased degree of cross-linking and long-term damage to the cable. Our data, collected from the users of our Master Batches for XLPE, suggests better Hot-Set test results with our grades of XLPE Master Batch indicating optimum unhindered cross-linking of the compound.

We offer the following for XLPE Cable manufacturers:

Standard XLPE Master Batch, which can be used in any LT XLPE catalyst-based system
Ambicat Master Batch designed for grades such as Visico LE4423 / Ambicat LE4476 (Borealis)
