CSR POLICY

M/s BIHANI MANUFACTURING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED has framed a CSR Policy in compliance with the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. The CSR Policy, inter alia, covers the concept (CSR philosophy, snapshot of activities undertaken by the group and applicability, scope (area/localities to be covered and activities), resources, identification and approval process (resources/fund allocation, identification process and approval process) modalities of execution and implementation and monitoring.

CSR PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS

FOCUS ON:

• ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, contribution to the Clean Ganga Fund set-up by the Central Government for rejuvenation of river Ganga
• setting up old age homes, educational institutions, hospitals
• Eradicating malnutrition, women empowerment and promoting preventive healthcare.
• Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting education and promoting people health care
• Providing social services in the area of education, health and general well-being.

INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS

Innovation is at the heart of Bihani Group and as a part of our CSR beyond regulatory compliances, we have introduced program under the aegis of Fit India Movement initiated by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The program involves engaging retired Army officers, with high levels of physical endurance, are assisted to form registered societies to engage youth in their native & remote areas promoting sports& physical activities. One such projects is underway in Sanoura, Himachal Pradesh where 200+ Children & youngster are being given training equipment & outfits by Bihani Group.
